Our vision is to nurture a sacred space for people to flourish in a community dedicated to the practices of yoga, meditation, Tai Chi, and a variety of wellness service we call healing arts. We welcome people of all ages, from all walks of life, to find a supportive community here.
Our center offers a variety of classes designed for people of all ages and abilities. We invite you to look at the class descriptions to find one that is right for you. Teachers are happy to answer any questions you may have about their style of yoga to help you decide. Most classes are open to drop in students. Feel free to check out different classes!
