About four years ago, I reluctantly stepped onto a mat, and I was hooked! I found that yoga toned my body and quieted my mind. As my own journey progressed, I realized I wanted to help others experience the many benefits of yoga.
My military background and 24 years in law enforcement made me realize that yoga can help heal the spirit. In May 2017, I completed my 200 hour YTT certification at Hamsa Yoga Studio in Carleton Place, Ontario, Canada. As a male Yogi, I hope to serve all populations, combining strength building and restorative practices in my classes.
