Kathleen began practicing yoga 10 years ago and completed her 200 hour certification in 2016 at Radiant Life Yoga in Minneapolis Minnesota. She has practiced yoga for many years for the physical benefits of strength, balance, stress relief, and injury prevention and later became fascinated with the spiritual and emotional teachings of the yogic tradition. Kahleen believes yoga can be a form of personal and creative expression and leads her classes with this intention. In addition to teaching Vinyasa flow Kathleen has most recently been teaching yoga with children ages 2-5 and loves seeing the way children connect with and take pride in learning yoga. Kathleen loves hiking, backpacking, and spending time with her husband and two dogs. She also has her masters in Holistic Health from St. Katherine University and is a certified Functional Medicine health coach.
