Join Trish for a traditional Hatha class that begins with a warm up of gentle stretches followed by a sequence to build heat, and ends with a cool down of quiet meditation (Savasana). In Hatha, postures are held while connecting to the breath, resulting in a practice that centers and energizes. This class is appropriate for all levels.
