Are you curious about yoga, wondering if it is right for you? This six week class covers the basics of hatha/physical yoga practice and is designed for students who have never taken a class before, and for those who want to learn about a basic yoga practice. Classes will build week by week, eventually incorporating 15 basic yoga asanas or poses in a consistent sequence. Each class will include meditation, breathing, warm ups, asanas, and deep relaxation.

This is a six week session class. The $65 fee is payable at the first class, or you may use five blocks on a five or ten class card.
