What will happen in Yoga for Teens?
- Learn about mindfulness meditation
- Do yoga poses with certified yoga teachers
- Learn how to chill out when you get stressed
- Express your self with writing
- Find ways to be healthier
- Explore setting goals for yourself
- Work in small groups and individually
- There will be snacks!
- Yoga mats, blocks, blankets, and all writing materials will be provided. Feel free to bring your own stuff, a journal and your favorite pen, if you like.
